I always thought it was to not risk getting in trouble for underage drinkers that they cut people out from under 21, but I found out that a local Indian casino doesn't serve alchohal
But you still have to be 21 to get it, that is total bullshit. there is no reason what so ever that as soon as I turn 18 I shouldn't get all rights of an adult. (I think the drinking age should be lowered but thats a different story, and no... I do not drink myself nor would I if the age was lowered to the age it is EVERYWHERE ELSE ON THE ******* PLANET)

I always like the Four Queens, but I'm partial to the atmosphere downtown as opposed to the fancy big casinos on the strip and elsewhere. There isn't any one place that is better for gambling, you just need to find the one you're most comfortable in.

In two months I'm going on a roadtrip through Arizona to California. Along the way I hope to play some Texas Hold 'em- my poker of choice- at an Indian Casino. There's no gambling in my home state of Texas.

I was caught at a California Indian Casino using a fake drivers license, with all of my real information on it. They said that they would call the police if I didn't cooperate. I did cooperate, they took my picture and information and I was asked to leave.
Will they send this Fake ID to the DMV or police, or are they done with me and trashing the ID? Thanks for the help

NO!!!! you don't have to bring cash for the casino unless you want to. However, you do not just put your card in the slots or hand it to the dealers at tables. Here's what you do. Go to the casino cage where change is made and present your cruise card and request cash. Some ships have a $2,000 limit on the cash you can get;some even advertise that you can get cash in the casino. The casino will have you sign for the cash just like any other purchase on your cruise card; thus there are no ATM or transaction fees. Then you can use the cash to gamble or spend it however you want off the ship. I usually get cash from the casino rather than using the ship's ATM which charges a fee and then your bank charges a fee also.
I have done this several times on cruises when I ran low on cash.
