I'd rather have it be a big place and someplace where their RNG etc are certified. Thanks

Basic strategy is the best idea otherwise, but the house still maintains a .5% advantage in that case. Other strategy systems generally give even more of an advantage to the house. Most casinos don't mind people with their own systems, since they still have an advantage.
Generally, you can make money through blackjack with proper betting and strategy. However, you can also lose money.

I am looking for anyone who has had systems they've used for roulette to win, or that have won, I understand it's luck. Thanks for your help.

If it is one of those "cruises" that goes out for a few hours in the Gulf of Mexico or the Atlantic, it is best to stay away from all slot machines. As there are no third party auditor reports or gaming commissions, the machines are almost always very, very tight and a total ripoff. Either go to Las Vegas or play online at an online casino that is audited each month and has published reports. A great place to start if you choose to play online is http://www.ranked-online-casinos.com/pay… You can view actual reports from auditors there. Otherwise, stay away from those machines on the boats. If you do play a machine game, consider video poker, as you can see the pay tables on the machine and determine the pay back % before you play.

While I do agree with most that Slots are no better than rolling dice, I have learned one thing. Casinos can pick which machines they want to pay out more often and those machines are always near a door, the end of a busy walkway and near the cage where you cash in. I also know a person (my wife's ex actually) who told me that they put the "hot" machines near the entrances and by the cages and switch them every 3 to 4 days.
